Professor Siyamalan holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Computer Science from the University of Jaffna, an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Nice, France, and a PhD from the University of Dundee, UK. He has authored several high-impact factor journals and received numerous prestigious awards, including the President's Award for Scientific Research twice. He actively participated and achieved success in several Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Medical Imaging-related competitions, earning top positions at the international level. Currently, he is serving as a Professor in Computer Science at the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Science, University of Jaffna.
