This IEEE ComSoc School Series event aims to develop a strong foundation in communication technologies while
introducing
participants to cutting-edge research trends that are reshaping the field. The 5-day summer school will focus on
next-generation communication systems with a special emphasis on Quantum Communication,
Machine
Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. Participants will also explore advanced
domains
and
their applications, including Optical Communication Systems, Radar and
Imaging,
Natural Language Processing, Deep Space Communication,
Blockchain,
and the Internet of Things (IoT).
The school is designed for individuals passionate about exploring and deepening their knowledge of communication
technologies. Whether you come with a basic understanding or a strong background in telecommunications, computer
science, electronics, or related disciplines, this summer school offers invaluable insights and hands-on

The target audience for the Summer School on Computational Intelligence includes undergraduate and
postgraduate students, as well as enthusiasts eager to expand their knowledge and
skills in this rapidly evolving field. Regardless of your background or level of expertise, this program offers
a valuable learning experience and an opportunity to engage with experts and peers in the computational
intelligence community.
Participation is available for a limited number of ComSoc Student Members from the Sri Lanka
region. Membership is not required in order to
apply; however, if your application is accepted, you will need to become a ComSoc Student
Member in order to register and attend the event.
